How It Works:
The Amivra NeuroMask™ uses a soft Lycra shell filled with medical-grade gel that can be cooled or warmed to relieve eye strain, tension, and stress. Use cold to reduce puffiness and headaches, or warm to relax facial muscles and promote deeper rest.

Care & Maintenance:
Wipe clean with a damp cloth after each use. Store at room temperature. For cold therapy, refrigerate for 2 hours. For heat therapy, warm in the microwave at low power (below 50 °C).

Shipping & Processing

Processing Time: Once you place your order, we’ll get to work! Your Amivra™ NeuroMask™ will be ready to ship within 2-3 business days.

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order will have entered our packaging and fulfillment process and can no longer be canceled.

Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days after being shipped.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep you updated on your order’s status and estimated delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Refund Eligiblity Only If:
1. Packages lost during transit
2. Damaged items (please provide photos within 7 days of delivery)
