NeuroSheets™ are skin-safe electrode pads that connect your Amivra NeuroBand™ to the forehead, delivering smooth and consistent micro-stimulation each night. Replace regularly to maintain optimal comfort and signal performance.

Care & Maintenance:
Gently remove after use and store in a clean, dry place. Wipe your device with a soft cloth before applying new sheets. Replace every 2 weeks for best results.

Processing Time: Once you place your order, we’ll get to work! Your Amivra™ NeuroSheets™ will be ready to ship within 2-3 business days.

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order will have entered our packaging and fulfillment process and can no longer be canceled.

Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days after being shipped.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep you updated on your order’s status and estimated delivery.

Refund Eligiblity Only If:
1. Packages lost during transit
2. Damaged items (please provide photos within 7 days of delivery)
3. Orders that do not arrive within 30 days

3. Clear photos or videos of damaged or defective items

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or lost in transit. For international orders, return shipping costs may exceed the value of the item.

Refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse or incorrect selections (e.g., wrong variant or quantity).

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or replacement.
